Tzach Harari is the founder of TH Consulting, advising organizations on technology strategy, production system upgrades, and innovation initiatives. As part of this work, he also advises government agencies, including the Israel Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Economy and Industry.

Over the years, he has been involved in hundreds of R&D programs, capital equipment investments, and industrial upgrade initiatives, including technology and investment programs supported by government agencies.

Over the past 25 years, Tzach has served as a senior manager, entrepreneur, and technology developer in high-tech companies, while also advising startups and industrial organizations. He managed national technology consortia at the Israel Innovation Authority, including the Food IoT consortium and the AATID consortium, focused on applications of Data Science, IoT, and 3D printing technologies.

Earlier in his career, Tzach held management roles in high-tech companies and served as Senior Manager at Deloitte (Big 4), providing technology consulting across multiple industries. He also led multidisciplinary R&D projects and product development teams in international companies including HP and Siemens PLM.

In addition Tzach leads business development activities at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Engineering, working at the interface of academia and industry. Tzach worked as an environmental engineer and advised the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

He delivers lectures at academic institutions on topics including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industry 4.0, technology strategy, and innovation.

Tzach holds academic degrees in engineering, environmental studies, data science, and business administration from Tel Aviv University.
