I provide services to SME's for Innovation processes and new products of the organization.

I initiate and support innovation processes that eventually lead to the company growth.

At the last years I have been working as a Technology Expert and Consortium Manager at the Israeli Innovation Authority, with a lot of experience applying innovation to a wide range of products and organizations.

Working with a very wide range of companies from diverse fields of digital printing (HP, Stratasys, Kornit..), robotics and machine learning (Siemens, Polygon..), military and defense (Elbit, IAI..), smart materials (Nano-Dimension, Ahava, Avgol..), food (Strauss, Tnuva..), medical (Sheba, Arineta..), drugs (Teva..) and more.

I work with organizations that want to become more innovative, initiate high impact plan to apply innovation, prioritizing goals, selecting indicators and problem we set out to solve. Outcomes applying quantitate strengths and benefits to the organization products\services.
In the recent years I have been working as a professional evaluator and expert at the Innovation Authority. I have evaluated more than 1,000 R&D innovative programs of startups and mature companies. By evaluating and dealing with continuous R&D programs along years I have developed a wide understanding how to apply high impact R&D plans.
I have analyzed and worked closely with the managements, getting a wide understanding of innovative processes to variety of companies. I have worked with a wide range of companies/entrepreneurs, some of them eventually become public at very high values.
I have studied and evaluated hundreds of business plans at a variety of markets and competitive environments, getting a wide understanding of their pros and cons.
In addition I bring my experience as the program manager of the "Food IoT Consortium" that develops data science new algorithms and new technologies of Industry 4.0. I consultant to the Israeli Authority for Investments at the program to assimilate innovative technologies to Israeli factories.
