
Tzach Harari
Tzach Harari is a technology strategist and innovation advisor working at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, emerging technologies, investment programs, and sustainable transformation.


Tzach is the founder of TH Consulting, advising organizations on technology strategy, production system upgrades, and innovation initiatives. His work includes advising government agencies such as the Israel Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Economy on technology and industrial investment programs. Over the past 25 years, he has worked as a senior manager, entrepreneur, and technology developer in high-tech companies, while also advising government agencies, startups, and industrial organizations.
Earlier in his career, Tzach held management roles in high-tech companies and served as Senior Manager at Deloitte (Big 4), providing technology consulting and due diligence services across multiple industries. He managed multidisciplinary R&D projects and product development teams in international companies including HP, DHV, and Siemens PLM.
He also managed national technology consortia at the Israel Innovation Authority, including the Food IoT consortium, focused on Data Science and IoT applications in the food industry, and the AATID consortium, which developed 3D printing technologies for aerospace manufacturing.
Tzach has been involved in hundreds of R&D programs and industrial upgrade initiatives across manufacturing organizations, including technology and investment programs supported by government agencies. He has also advised the Ministry of Environmental Protection and municipal corporations on environmental infrastructure projects.
In adition, he leads business development activities at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Engineering, working at the interface of academia, industry, and investors to support technology commercialization and innovation initiatives. He also lectures at academic institutions on topics including AI, Industry 4.0, technology strategy, and innovation.
Tzach holds academic degrees in engineering, environmental studies, data science, and business administration.
